We live in a Condominium that has 8 units and a central hallway connecting each end with the community room. In our Straight Line Winds, with Mud, and the like, our town lost over 80 percent of our electricity. Our Condo was built in 2004, and the Emergency Lighting had never been checked. It’s something that gets away. At any rate, we had one out of 6 that lit, and that was for about 20 minutes. Something had to be done. I ordered 4 of the batteries, not knowing we had another 2 in the community room. When these came in, I installed them within about 2 days. When I found 2 of our lights wouldn’t light up, even with new batteries. but the 4 I got were enough for the Emergency Exit Lights / Signs. These have been in place for about 2 months now, and when we replace the salt in the softener, I also checked the lights. These batteries lasted about 2 1/2 hours, which is long enough to find our way out or find flash lights to get around. Some of our dwellers were wondering if these would be able to stay lit for an extended period of time. Now they know they were living in a world that we can only wish about. I was impressed with the life of the fully charged batteries. The factory literature gave about 2 hours +/- of light. These are on our list of every 2 month Check. SO we should be better prepared in the event of another 32 hour power outage. A chance to find a flash light
