This YTX5L-BS is a sealed lead-acid (SLA) absorbed glass mat (AGM) rechargeable battery. AGM and GEL batteries are lead-acid and of the same battery chemistry. This battery comes already charged, sealed, maintenance free, and ready to install.

    These are cheap batteries i cant seem to find one that holds up. Good for a quick fix but wouldn’t recommend for bigger scooters.

    If you have a Honda Elite this is the battery to get. If you try to get a bigger, more expensive or one with more cranking power it won’t work. This one takes up every bit of the space in the battery case that comes from Honda from the factory. It works well. I replaced the Mighty Max in the scooter that had been in use 4 years.

Purchased a small battery for my pop up camper, I have a heater and it draws 3 amps so I discarded the very heavy battery on the draw bar and added in this 18AH battery to run the heater and LED lights, works a treat for 61-8 hrs, weight only a few kg compared with 20+ for the old battery, I would add another if we had higher draw and run in parallel. Overall a very tidy battery that won't spill as it's a SLAB

Installed into 2018 Teryx, Battery works Great and was delivered Fast, slight modification to OEM plastic cover for clearance of socket to fit the bolt to tighten it (photo shows clearance under battery bolts), otherwise was a complete bolt in Replacement. Minus slight cover modification was a Direct Factory Replacement
