This YTX4L-BS is a sealed lead-acid (SLA) absorbed glass mat (AGM) rechargeable battery. AGM and GEL batteries are lead-acid and of the same battery chemistry. This battery comes already charged, sealed, maintenance free, and ready to install.

Only comment to the negative was that there were no instructions on how to replace the battery I had to rely on a YouTube video. Would be helpful to have a quick reference guide in the box.     I bought this to replace a dead battery in a used GY6 scooter that I purchased. This little battery seems to be holding up well so far. It arrived fully charged and ready for action, straight out of the box. As others have mentioned, it is smaller than the OEM battery size, but this one fits in the same area and doesn’t seem to slide around while driving.

    Perfect for my application. I use it, of all things, to power a 12v demand water pump! It is the best, and I don’t have to invest in a power transformer. Just a quick charge every 2 weeks or so and it is good as new. I have never run it to a full discharge.

    Seems to do the job. Showed up on time. My only complaint is that it is considerably smaller than my original. This is the tiniest battery I’ve ever seen in a vehicle. I wish they had provided dimensions in the description. It still starts the scooter fine but I had to use a bit of wood to put in the battery box to keep it from sliding around in there.

Replacement for my Murray MT100 riding lawnmower. Murray does not make replacement batteries and you are on your own if the battery goes bad. Bought Murray MT100 in 2023, battery went bad in 1 year and all other Murray replacement batteries are LARGER so it won't fit.This Mighty Max Battery fit the MT100 fine and it starts it perfectly too.

As an athletic trainer I rely on our water units every day to provide the water to our athletes. We have over 900 student athletes enrolled, and these units get used daily, so it is imperative these batteries are reliable. On a side note, I also use these batteries on my fishing kayak to power my fish finder. I can use my fish finder for about 20 hours before it turns off. These batteries are great! Highly recommend. I have not had any issues so I haven't spoken to customer service yet, but if they are as good as these batteries have been, I think I am in good hands.
