The YTX20L-BS GEL is a 12V 18AH GEL (Maintenance Free) battery. Requires no addition of water during the life of the battery. The Mighty Max YTX20L-BS GEL is a TRUE DEEP CYCLE battery that can be mounted in any position, requires no maintenance. When a Gel Cell battery is charged, no hazardous fumes escape the battery case, gases are processed within the battery itself.

Amazon for this battery is the best. Perfect fit, one day delivery and price is excellent! Highly recommended. Note that this battery replaces my '95 Honda Shadow OEM T style battery. Much less expensive and is the AGM which is better for hot environments.
