I have been struggling with keeping the battery charged on my moped for a while. Works fine if I ride every day, but needs a kick start or charge if it sits for a while. I figured I would give a Lifepo battery a try. Wow, I thought it was a joke when I got the box. It weighs about a couple of D-cells, and is tiny. It came with a chunk of sticky backed foam to help it fit where the old one came out. The starter sounds much livelier, and it hasn’t failed with sitting for a while. Hard to believe it can work so well with so much less weight and size.
