I was surprised how light they were.

I purchased two batteries, one beginning of this year and one like 3 years ago. I cant really vouch for longevity as of yet, other than I’ve had one battery for about 3 years and doing fine. I initially tested first one with hair dryer and air conditioner. It worked to its full potential. If you read up on Lithium batteries, voltages are same as would be in theory. Therefore no manual is needed. Six months on second battery doing well. I’m in Massachusetts, a fairly good match for 400W Solar Cells with 2000W inverter, from spring to fall, especially in summer! Maybe I’ll update longevity in a few more years.

Edit , my breaker was bad . These are premo batteries

I was reviewing manufacturer’s website prior to purchase and in their description of this particular battery it clearly states that their warranty is (only) two years and the batteries should not be connected in series. Just wanted to inform prospective buyers for those who plan on upgrading a battery bank to Lithium…

I bought 3 of these batteries that went into an RV as a 300ah battery bank for a solar system. They work great. Zero problems wiring them up and using them. I’ve been through several charge cycles below 50% and they work as advertised. Definitely will buy these again when the time comes to expand or replace.

So far so good. I am feeling my way through this and I bought a single Mighty Max to parallel with the 32ah I built from 38120s. So far it is getting the job done. On YouTube I see lots of people using a battery system to run a microwave but I can’t. I also do not understand how the battery can be over 13 volts. I thought 12.8 would be its nominal value but I do realize there is a range on LiFePho. It will keep my dorm fridge running on a low setting all night. I set it at 2 out of 6 and that works. I shall have to buy a 2nd one to parallel with this one though without any doubt. It isn’t adequate by itself. Update 08/17/20 So far this single battery has been ok. I have been researching more and more and I now regret buying this battery. Here is why. Firstly contacting Mighty Max. I wrote them an email quite some time ago. They ignored it. So apparently they don’t like questions. Next they have no facility in the USA. They have an office in Brooklyn, NY and I had to dig to find that. NO address is listed on their website and zero information about bulk / boost / float charge settings. Their warranty is worthless. These are Chinese imports drop shipped from a warehouse in the USA somewhere. So we are talking mail order only. I am sorry but when I buy my second one it won’t be a Mighty Max. They are sketchy to the max. No thanks. I am leaning towards a Battle Born right now. They have a showroom and located in Sparks Nevada. They don’t seem to have a problem with visitors and give a 10 year warranty. It is $275 more but I trust them. I’ll find the money somehow and parallel a BB with this MM. I do not like sketchy dropship companies who hide from the public in an office above a bank.

I got this for the RV to replace the Deep Cycle I had that was slowly dying the death. I was able to just drop this in with no problems. Of course I will need to update my controller to reflect I have Lithium vs Lead Acid, but if you are looking to get into this area this is a good price/unit to get started with.
