Ordered the Mighty Max ML5-12S2 12V5Ah battery from Amazon to replace the failing OEM battery in my APC BE425M. Packaged arrived in a few days. The battery is a perfect sized replacement and installation takes only about 10 minutes. The battery backup is now operating properly again (no loud continuous beeping)!

When ordering your replacement be sure to check your battery terminal size. F1 terminals are approximately 3/16" wide and F2 terminals are about 1/4" wide.
