The original order arrived by the time stated. On the second mowing of my lawn, it stopped with only 1/4 of the yard mowed. I tested them and one of them was bad. I sent an e-mail to them (the only way to contact them) about the problem. After a week or so waiting, I was about to send another e-mail when a replacement battery arrived. It would have been nice to be informed that one was being sent. Otherwise no problems.

Bought a 3-pack to use as direct replacement for my electric lawn mower. They shipped fast, and fit perfectly. My old battery was one piece with three batteries somehow glued together. My new ones are three separate batteries, not glued together, but they worked just great. They fit in the hold down strap perfectly. They came with a charge, but I fully charged them quickly. I was given an old Neuton CE5 mower but the battery packs were old and only held brief charge. I discovered Neuton seems to no longer sell the batteries for this older model, but the batteries in the packs are a standard SLA, so replacement was simple – these batteries work great so far and has brought new life to the old mower.

PROS: My Neuton mower had two good cells and one weak one so I bought this to replace the weak one. It seems to run very strongly with this battery in it now. CONS: They’re heavy. They charge slowly. They’re bulky. If this is anything like others I’ve bought, I might get 3 years out of it if I’m lucky. I don’t like SLA batteries anymore, now that I’ve used Ryobi lithium lawn mower batteries. I’ll probably never buy another one.

I was disappointed that my request to have the item shipped UPS instead of USPS never got to the vendor, even though I filled it in where provided when ordering the item. I got this to replace the battery on a power wheels jeep. Works great, fits in battery compartment, just have to do your own wiring (with fuse) which is no big deal. Lasts longer than the stock power wheels battery and cheaper too!

I like the way you clip the wires to it after you put clips on the end of your wire. Please I’m using it because the white is smaller I’m putting it in a plastic box to carry it around it balances and it balances the way with the weight of the other things I have in the box to make it easy to carry. Two of these work well to power my older Neuton CE5 Mower. When installing these in the original, removable batter housing, I notice they are smaller than the originals. This makes the batter feel a bit loose inside, but the performance is really good. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and the renewed power in my mower.
