There is so much new technology for jumpstarting that some think something like best for other applications? It’s about the size of an ATV/ motorcycle battery but may be a little bigger. Works great? i bought two of these in June 2019 for my Black and Decker push lawn mower. Worked great for a year, then gradually weakened. Perhaps usually leaving it plugged in to the charger has shortened their life, but it is the original B&D charger and is supposed to be smart, stopping charging when reaching appropriate voltage. My mower is ancient, and I have replaced many sets of batteries. the best have lasted more than 3 years, the worst not much more than one. These are very weak now after 21 months, and won’t last going around the edges trees, and other obstacles on our 1/4 acre lawn. They should, in fact, be able to mow the entire lawn, not just the edges, so it is time for replacements. I won’t buy this brand again.

Got this a few months back to replace the dead battery in my portable jump start unit. It’s fit my FatMax unit perfectly. Seems to be holding a charge. I’ve been able to start 1 car that was mostly dead with it after it was connected and sat for about 3 minutes. Tried to start another vehicle that was completely dead and it would only make the car do the clicking sound thing. I didn’t have time to let it sit and see if it would start it.

I ordered this thinking it was a ytx14-bs motorcycle battery to fit my 2006 vtx 1300. It arrived quicker than anticipated, but wasn’t what I needed for my motorcycle. Unfortunately you cannot return a battery through so I’m stuck with it. My own fault because I didn’t read before purchasing, I was given exactly what I ordered. I looked up what this thing fits and one of the applications is a DSR jumper box…. well… lo and behold, I happen to have a dsr box that needs a battery! I put it in my jumper even though the jumper had a 22ah battery in it and this one is an 18ah, which… the box only sees occasional use and I’m not trying to start a locomotive. So far so good, but it doesn’t help me with my dead motorcycle on the first nice weekend in March.

Good value. I would recommend this product. It was received on time and was as described. I use this battery for my whole house generator. I received it and installed a couple of weeks before the remnants of hurricane Irma hit western North Carolina. We lost power for 2.5 days and the battery started the generator every time I needed it during the power outage.

Sorry I didn’t do this review sooner but had to get my generator repaired before I hooked up the battery. I gave you a 5 star rating not only on the battery but also because of the quick response in sending the battery. and the price. The battery fit properly in the space allowed on the generator and had good power to crank over the Honda engine on the generator. If it lasts as long as the original battery, I will probably be dead and gone before it conks out. I am almost 78 years old, the generator about 25 years old now. Thanks for the good service. John
