Received the battery and packaging was satisfactory. Charged the battery on a quality charger, and when I hooked it up to my generator, voltage dropped off to 1 volt. Definitely defective. Edit; they offered to send a replacement battery, and this one is fine. Great service.

So far it works as advertised. I actually needed one with the polarity reversed (positive on left/negative on right) however there were none available when I needed it. My cables were long enough to make this work.
