I’m not certain why people say it doesn’t work for the WiFi power pet door. I can’t speak for any models other than that one. Yes, you have to bend the prongs out straight, and you need to push pretty hard to get it to snap in. But the battery compartment door closes and it works just fine.

had to straighten the battery connections to connect to door

I had to bend the metal plug in bits (can’t think of what you call them) so they were straight, but it was easy and the battery fit perfectly in the receptacle for my power pet doors. I have two of these doors so I came back to get a second battery because both of the older batteries stopped working. I didn’t realize it until the power went out and there was no battery back up. The price was right too. The older batteries were twice as much.

Works great, lots of power, and lasts for three days.

These batteries will work with a little effort. I had to bend the prongs back and flatten them, as much as possible. They are difficult to get into the slots, but eventually I got them to work. After all this, the cover for the batteries will not fit, so you just see the battery.

Works ok

Far better than the OEM battery. Rather than last for hours these last for days!

Great product. The original battery that came with the door wasn’t holding a charge After three years, this was inexpensive and works great. It holds a charge for a long time (~4-7 days so far) and such a low cost I bought two so I can have one on the charger ready to go as back up.
